Seriously..I slacked off during the New Years holiday. It was hard not to, considering the insane amounts of food I made. I let my self eat with wild abandon.
But today I am back on track.
Breakfast:
Quaker's Simple Harvest multigrain Hot cereal. (this stuff is soo good, it tastes like a treat. I make it with water, then add about 1 tablespoon of milk to cool it down and add some creaminess.) One packet
a medium sized banana
1 cup of coffee with flavored creamer(I can't drink my coffee without it)
I plan on doing some streching for about 20 minutes, and because its so nice out I will suggest to the kidlet that we walk down to the park.
I will add my lunch and dinner stuff later.
